Welcome to Alyfe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our app, services, website, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to reject or revoke account access at our sole discretion.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription Plans
We offer recurring subscription plans on a monthly and annual basis. Details of the plans and pricing are available in-app.
Billing & Renewal
- Payment is processed through your Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another authorized billing provider.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel in accordance with these terms.
Free Trials
Some plans may include a one-time free trial. Upon expiration, you will automatically be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription via your app store settings.
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by law.
Price Changes
We may change our prices. We will notify you in advance, and such changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive;
- Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against any group or individual;
- Infringes any intellectual property rights, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or any other content intended to disrupt or harm the Service or its users;
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
User Content & Moderation Rights
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote your content in connection with our Service.
Moderation & Removal
We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user content at our sole discretion. This includes content that:
- Violates these Terms;
- Harms or threatens the safety of other users;
- Disrupts the operation of the Service;
- Is reported by other users and deemed inappropriate by our moderation team.

All content on the Service, excluding user content, is owned by or licensed to Alyfe Remembered and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior;
- Prolonged inactivity.
You may also terminate your account by uninstalling the app and ceasing use of the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
